Thank you for your interest in our Adult Track Program!

PAYMENT POLICY:

Once you have received your acceptance letter by email, you will need to submit full payment in order to guarantee your spot for the 2012 Adult Track.

If full payment has not been received within the 30 days period of being accepted, your spot will automatically be released.

Checks should be made payable to Patriot Academy and mailed to Patriot Academy, PO Box 586, Dripping Springs, TX 78620.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation occurs on or before June 1st, 50 percent of the registration fee is refundable.
Cancellations between June 1 and June 30, 25 percent of the registration fee is refundable..
Refunds are not available for cancellations on or after July 1, 2012.

Patriot Academy reserves the right to refuse entry to any person at any time or event, for any reason, at our sole discretion. Thank you!

LODGING:

RESERVED HOTEL ROOM BLOCKS:  Room Reservations must be made by July 8th to receive discounted rates.

Sheraton Austin at the Capitol, 701 E 11th St, Austin, TX 78701: Room Rate:  $129/night (rate includes 2 Breakfast meal vouchers); Self Parking: $15.  Click for Patriot Academy Room Block. Rate available until July 9th.   (Four block walk to the Capitol.)

For those who will be driving to the Capitol each day, Visitors Parking garage information is located here: http://www.tspb.state.tx.us/CVC/plan/plparking.html  $8 maximum per day charge.

AIRPORT/Shuttle:

The Austin-Bergstrom airport is closest to us. (15 -20 minutes drive time to/from the hotel.)

Shuttle service from the airport to the hotel is available through Super Shuttle. The Super Shuttle has excellent service. To make shuttle arrangements, please visit http://www.supershuttle.com/ The airport name is Austin-Bergstrom. One-way trip cost is $13.

SCHEDULE:

We go from early in the morning to late at night. More info will be posted soon.

Start Time: Monday, July 30, 2012   Registration at the Capitol: 1:30PM
End Time: Friday night, August 3, 2012  10 PM (after Banquet)
Adults will not participate in the actual House Floor Debate. Adults will observe the Debate from the House Floor Gallery and are not allowed on the House Floor during the House Sessions. Lobbying efforts and breakout sessions will take place during part of the students’ Floor sessions.
